Overview
This page explains how JM Digital Solutions (“we,” “us”) handles information submitted through this website. It describes what this website actually collects. It is written to match how the site is built, and we update it if that changes.
Information you send us
We only receive information you choose to submit. When you complete an inquiry form on this website, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Business details — your business name, and any current website address or Google Business Profile link you choose to provide.
- Your message — the description of your business and what you are looking for, plus any service or plan you indicate an interest in.
Some fields are optional and marked as such. Fields that are required are marked on the form, and the form will not submit without them. Our forms never ask for payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or bank account information, and you should not send us those through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss the website preview or services you asked about, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.
Spam and abuse protection
Each inquiry form includes a CAPTCHA challenge provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs when you submit a form and is used to distinguish real visitors from automated submissions. Your completion of that challenge is part of what is sent to us so we can tell a genuine inquiry from spam.
Where your submission goes
Form submissions are handled by a third-party form service and delivered to us by email and through our form dashboard, where they are stored so we can follow up. This means the content you submit is transmitted to and processed by that service on our behalf, in addition to reaching us directly.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and we do not run third-party tracking, profiling, or remarketing scripts on it. We do not build a profile of your behavior across other websites from your visit here.
The one exception is the private, password-protected workspace we use internally to manage client recommendations. That workspace stores a short-lived sign-in session in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It is not reachable from this website’s navigation, is not linked publicly, and ordinary visitors to this site never encounter it. You will not receive any tracking cookie simply by browsing these pages.
This website does not process payments
You cannot pay us through this website. This site contains no checkout, no shopping cart, and no payment form, and no card numbers or payment credentials are collected anywhere on it. Payment for services, if you choose to engage us, is arranged separately and directly.
Conceptual website previews
Some pages on this website show illustrative example concepts, and some demonstration pages include sample forms that are clearly marked as inactive. Those demonstration pages are fictional examples created to show design direction. They are not real businesses, their contact details reach no one, and anything you enter into a demonstration form is not collected, transmitted, or stored. Please use only the inquiry forms on our actual pages if you would like to hear back from us.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete the information you have submitted, or to tell you what we hold, by contacting us using the details below. We will act on a reasonable request.
External links
Some pages link to websites we do not control, including demonstration sites and, where relevant, search engines or mapping services. Once you follow a link away from this website, the privacy practices of the destination apply, and this policy no longer governs what happens there.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this website collects or how we handle it, we will update this page so that it continues to describe our actual practices.
